[CLIENT] Login Screen Black Bars Grapical Bug

When opening the login screen with animation, the client currently has a bug where it is resizing the animated image to the wrong size. I am using the Mac Client running OS X Mavericks 10.9.3 with a 1280x800 display. I know of another Mac user who is not having this problem, and there are Widows users who have reported having this bug so it seems that it is not Mac client specific.

Checking the "disable menu animations" box sets the now-still image to the proper size, but when the box is unchecked again, the problem persists.

This has been happening to my system since the Kalista login screen, what are the potential causes?

it also started for me since braum... I really want it fixed because the orianna screen is one of my favorites.

Same to me, i have a 1366x768 screen resolution.

It's specific to screen resolutions that are below a certain threshold; this bug has been around for a long time. If you don't want it, you could buy a monitor to hook up to your laptop and play in 1920x1080 and not have the issue.
