[CLIENT] Champion Info Overview for Abilities has no popup description anymore

I put this as client as I'm not exactly sure how else to describe this small bug, but for several patches now, cannot place which one the cause was.

When you click on a champion, and look at the overview, you see the full splash, skins to scroll, rough estimation of stats and their passive and abilities. However you use to get a description when you hover over the image with the mouse, however now it is just an image.

I run League with Windows. And I have not cross referenced with other clients, however this seems like a miniscule issue, however if I want information on an attack that I know nothing about I have to load videos. But the videos give me no idea on scaling like the old information did. Now the images are just images, they do not even have the names of the attacks. It seems like a small issue, but for some drafts and even buying new champs this information is vital for myself anyways. Anyways, thank you.
