New SR bug
Ive encountered a bug in my fist game on the new SR map , i was playing as jarvan , and each time i level up a blue square would apear around jarvan and stay there for like 2 seconds until disapearing

Its basically art that bugs out some times. its been a problem for this game for years. its why some times when you play you'll see stuff like this, or champion artwork (like say when killing an enemy) and it would show like the flash icon. or even on the mini-map! its been a problem and i doubted that this new SR would have changed that! hopefully Riot will fix it some time in the future!
