Kinda scamed

Hi, as we all were delighted about new runes and blue essence, i got kinda skamed, i guess it was a bug, so, i won the blue orb thing from my loot colection and thery were three, so i click at the " Open 3x" . the next image was the fist prize, and three circles bellow it ( the prize that i was looking and two other more, cause i clicked at Open 3x) and so, i proced to see the next one, and do the Add to loot thing.

THE PROBLEM was that i could never see the other 2 prizes. so i dont know if i got stuff from them or not. so ... i need help
