[GAMEPLAY] Rek'sais ultimate bugged out with her tunnels

So i was playing a normal game with Rek'sai jungle and we were taking down the ennemy botlane inhibitor, after doing that, i was very low and needed gold so i ultimate to my raptors top lane. When casting my ultimate, the ennemy Taliyah saw the opportunity to kill me and she did so while I was ulting, which occasionned a bug. I had an unfinished tunnel botlane near their inhibitor that they couldn't destroy and that i could ult whenever i wanted. I'll add up a picture to show u the unfinished tunnel. Hope it's getting patched since it's very game breaking in rankeds where mains Rek'sai could potentially exploit it.
