[GAMEPLAY] Abilities Disabled After Hit by Bard Ultimate

Playing as Katarina, Bard used his ultimate on me right as I used my own, and after escaping to safety and attempting to recall I notice that "b" is entirely not working (clicking the button was no use either). The game was simply giving me the sound effect that plays when you don't have access to an ability. After walking back to base and going back to farm my Q was also acting the same as recall. A bit later in a fight after E-ing in planning to ult because who really needs that extra Q damage, I just stood there looking lost. Recall, Q, and R were all disabled after this bug occured, W and E worked perfectly normally. Disconnecting did not fix the problem, nor did resetting key bindings and smartcast, but as expected, dying painfully in that fight fixed it.

IMPORTANT: W and E were on cooldown when the upcoming steps occurred, Q was not, R was not until casted of course, and recall obviously was not. If there's any cause of this bug I would bet it is that.

Steps:

1. Bard stuns Katarina to a wall.
2. Bard casts his ultimate.
3. Katarina casts her ultimate the frame the stun effect ends, Bard's ultimate also hits Katarina and himself on the same frame (or one after possibly).
4. Katarina lives to fight another day, but useless and unable to cast the aforementioned spells.

Known Pre-Conditions: -Katarina had smartcast with no range indicators. -Masteries and Runes and anything else about the game can be found at this match history. -It is most likely no other status effects were afflicting either champions.
