Game fails to start at the end of champion select

It actually happened to me 4 times in the past week. When champion select ends and the message that the game is about to start appears, nothing happens. Everyone stays on the champ select screen, able to chat and waiting for the game to start. One of those times it started after a while, but most of the time it just crashes. Also most of my team was aware of the bug, so its not rare.
