Game crashed

I was about to play a ranked game, and after the selecting champion board, I can't connect to the game, and I restarted the game. I pops out that there's missing documents detected, and the system asked to apply the patch again, which I waited for about 10 mins. After I got back, I checked my match history, I was sentenced as a leaver, which I lost 19 LP from it. I was really mad about this bug because it's not the first time already, it happened the day before.. I don't know what bug this is, but can you guys please fix it and somehow I can get my LP points back from this bug? I have sent report from the bug reporter things and i have never get replied.
