Left Click Doesn't Work Immediately

I've got a new laptop and I've tried to play a game, but as I try to a+MB1 I notice that the left click doesn't work, and only works on the second or third try. This also happened when I tried to ping. I read some forums and tried the various things they offer, but none of them work. I went into some custom games and after I tried the left click, I notice that it only works after a delay of two seconds. Also, clicking minions or champions work perfectly fine, its just when you have to make the mouse do something, like pinging, attack moving, and also to switch the keybindings.
