[GAMEPLAY] Electrocute not proccing on Kayn

Playing as Kayn I found a bug with electrocute multiple times. I could not get it to proc at all in the early part of the game and even later in the game it took 5+ attacks/abilities to proc it. I have multiple clips for example.

  1. Do 3 separate attacks/abilities
  2. Electrocute doesn't proc

Sorry, this doesn't prove there is a bug. Most likely your electrocute was on cooldown.

Post a live video where your debuffs are visible.

It was off cd i was coming from the jungle in both scenerios.

I'll see if I can get the electrocute buff on character in a minute.
