when you remake and you are in promtion then you get a lose?!??!! WHY!
they should fix this bug because it has already happend to me!

You're not supposed to get a loss if you were not the one that caused the remake, or were not flagged as afk (even if you aren't the one that triggered the remake, if you afk'd while waiting for it you'll be penalized too).
I recommend posting on the Help & Support board and asking them to look and see why you received a loss if you did and don't know why.
