It seems after updating to the new Sierra OS, my in-game cursor has been bugging out. It moves unpredictably making the game unplayable. The mouse, however, works fine in the client or any time outside of a match. I hope this is something that can be addressed soon as I can't properly play the game as of right now.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one, I have exactly the same issue since MacOS Sierra. I have a MacOS 5K with a Logitech G900. I tried to unistall/install mouse drivers and LoL, but the bug remains. Please help...
I have exactly the same issue. Glad it isn't just me. I also have this issue when I'm watching a game in spectate mode. I use spectate mode now to try out different mouse settings, but nothing seems to help. You guys all use a logitech mouse like I do?
