Fiora bug

I play a ranked game with fiora, when my lane enemy come on the toplane i try to poke him with my Q and the Passiv but the Passiv dont trigger after many unsuccesfull trys to trigger the passiv i die and was useless. Then the Passiv is the important think in fiora´s kit. pls riot fixed it
