Rose Quartz Project Akali missing?

I queued up for my first game of the day today with my usual equipped skin (Project Akali, with Rose Quartz chroma) and in champ select, there was no option to choose my skin or change it, it was just blank. My splash art was also blank, and in the game I ended up having all of my abilities completely invisible to myself and the enemy with the standard base Akali skin showing. After the game, my LP did not move and the Rose Quartz chroma is now gone from the store. When I select the option to show owned chroma skins for Akali, all of her other chromas are listed as well as Rose Quartz, but with a poro as the icon.

Can anyone else see this? I have already submitted a ticket about my LP.
