Missing S Token

I am level 5 Mastery with Vayne , hoping to get that level 6. I already have earned one S token for her, and in my most recent match I earned an S- grade and didn't receive my token. My teammates/group who I queued up with got their usual Hextech Chest but I didn't receive anything? A bug? Any help would be great.

What gamemode did you get the S- on? Mastery tokens can only be earned when playing normal or ranked Summoner's Rift, so if you got the S- when playing an ARAM, TT, or rotating game mode, that is why you did not get the token.
