Game is bugging

Hello everyone, I don't know about you, but my game client is being soo buggie that I can't even select my roles and enter queue. Ranked solo/duo q, flex or normal games (bllind or draft), I can't play anything. Last game I almost got demoted becouse that game found notification wouldn't move and I couldn't ban or select the champion. So my question is : Is it happening only to me becouse of my pc or it's happening to everyone after last patch?
