[GAMEPLAY] Anivia passive did not go off.

I was about 10 minutes into a ranked game, playing mid vs. Zed and hadn't died yet. I had red buff. Zed killed me and my egg didn't go off. I do not think zed had any buffs, but I'm not certain.

I only died 2 more times the rest of the game, and in each case, my egg went off.
