majorly annoying timestamp problems

it appears that all my timestamps in the client are behind three hours, it isn't the most major problem but it is majorly annoying as all my friends game time stamps look like this: --:-- since the timestamp would be three hours prior i guess the game doesn't go into negative time stamps, if there can be any fix for this it would be great, i have tried using the "repair my client" twice now, it didn't fix it so i came here to see if there was a fix
