GamePlay Ryze Rework (R)

Hey, I 100% sure this is a bug.. i was just in a game where a ryze would cast his ult then Zhy, in the Patch it said ryze ult will be cancel if he's unable to move or cast a spell so how is it with Zhy(unable to move/cast a spell) and still teleport, had a game where he escape so many Times after being cc by casting zhy
