[Gameplay} Evelynn W Cooldown Reduction Did Not Work(URF Mode)

Hi, when I was playing a game as Evelynn, my team were losing the base so I was spamming the W button before i was alive so i would go faster, quicker.(I know it wont make much difference, it is just a habit) The 80% CD Reduction was not applied a tiny fraction of a second after I Respawned and the ~14 or so second CD went up. I have taken a screenshot of the CD being clearly too long for URF Mode.

To Recreate:

1. Play Evelynn( I don't know if it is only this champion)
2. Die
3. Spam W as fast as you can before you Respawn
4. The CD should be about 14 seconds.
