Switching Champion As Timer Runs Out Results in Dodging Champ Selection

Just as the timer ran out I switched from Kalista to Jinx rapidly as a 'Roulette of what champion to play.' I was then forced out of Champ Select, and when I attempted to join the queue again it said I had dodged.

Anyone else experienced this?
