Client Bug Edit Mastery yields an unclosable window

I recently was tricked with this bug, if you hold space while clicking edit masteries it will open up a tan box that you cannot close, completely blocking the ability to select a champion. This bug was used against me because someone didn't get the role they wanted and they said it brought up a animation of the scuttle dancing, this resulted in me dodging the game and receiving a 5 minute que ban and this abuser continuing to another lobby To reproduce it you just hold space and click on the edit mastery button and it will pop up. As far as I know it happens every time because another person in my lobby also did it and received the same result. Thanks
