Game froze on loading screen at 100%

Game locked up at 100%. Would not close for anything... couldn't get to my task manager... closed the client through alt + tab but the screen still wouldn't go away... so i restart the PC, get back in game... finish the last 10 minutes or so of the game... then I get a leaverbuster warning that I have to agree to not leave anymore games... also got no progress on my missions... pretty irritating.

That, is annoying... really annoying... your game locked up... it's not my fault. I've never left a game before.
