Issue with Riot Games support site

So every time i try to log into the support site to submit something, I get redirected to a page that tells me I have been logged out. Then I receive the message: We were unable to connect to the support site. Wait a minute or so before trying again.

Not sure if there is an issue on my end or what. But I've waited several minutes between each attempt and I'm not getting any results.
