BUG with Champ Select

On 12-4-14 I was going to do a rank game. When it was my turn to pick a champion my champion select froze and I was unable to select a champion. On the screen for champ select it would still say it was the other teams chance to pick a champion. When the time ran out I was kicked out of champion select for not picking a champion and I lost 2lp plus a timer I had to wait to join my next que up again. Please fix and may I have my 2lp back due to the bug, every lp counts. Thank you!
