Kalista Movement and Severe Lag Bug

Now I don't know if it's allowed, however I'd like to report 2 bugs at once simply to save myself the trouble of creating another discussion page but now to get down to business

1. The Kalista Movement Bug: No this one has nothing to do with her passive this is just straight up a normal movement bug of the worst possible kind. In my first game as Kalista during a bot match no matter where I clicked on the Summoner's rift map even if it's less than an inch away from Kalista....... she's always move directly into the center of the opposing team's spawn point, and I can't redirect her movement after the fact. Why the only control over the path I could take is whether or not she goes to the left or the right around a turret depending on if I click on the north or south half of the map.

2. A bug I'm certain several players are familiar with and some are raging about right now is the severe if not near crippling lag spikes that keep happening in the middle of matches. The problem seems to have started to lessen after it all started 3/4 weeks ago (At least for me I don't know about the rest of you guys) after the last couple patches and server maintenance, but it still keeps happening none the less at inconvenient moments. Because of said recent lag spikes I'm too afraid to play any pvp matches, and I've been banned this like 3 or 4 times for this cause Leaverbuster thinks I'm "Quitting" a game and not simply disconnecting.

On both accounts I've checked with several of my fellow LoL players that I know in person and through discussions on other forum sites. These are people who are rather anal about checking their computer for viruses, malware, de-fraging their hard drive, etc. We've all tried on our own respective computers or laptops repairing the launcher, re-installing the game, running various programs for the above purposes, messing with our internet connection settings, and we've even tried connecting from different Wi-Fi hotspots. We all feel we've all done everything personally possible to try and fix their problem on their own, and yet despite that effort most of us are still experiencing these two highly inconvenient problems.

I'm posting this because I'm wondering if anyone has any fixes they've tried and have worked for them. If so I'd appreciate a response from one of you members of the LoL community, and thank you.
