I don't have the 0.0.0.0 folder. C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_patcher\managedfiles\0.0.0.0

So how can I change the language in Japanese?[slayer-jinx-unamused]

the "0.0.0.0" is a placeholder for whatever the highest number currently is. It changes with updates, so there's no point in actually telling people what the number should be.
