MEMORY DUMP ERROR? Happened twice to me?

I wanted to play rank but all the sudden after champ selections, my client would crash and not even load up for the loading screen. I get an error that says memory dump error etc, and has yes or no and i apply both and no outcome to fixing this? Is it a new client update error or what?
