tahm kench
I just did the new patch 5.13 and there no tahm kench. is anyone else having this problem or is it just my client? or did i miss read the patch notes about him coming out

It's as though you all don't remember the last 10 patches. Riot doesn't release content the exact day the patch makes it to live. Content is released gradually over the course of the patch (in some cases, skins aren't released until the very end of the patch.)
