[CLIENT/GAMEPLAY] No background during loading screen and blacked out health bar above character

Since today, whenever i start a game my background in the loading screen does not display and the text is marked black. When entered into the game the health bar of every character above their heads are changed from their respective colours to black/grey. The numbers are still visible.

Both issues can be temporarily fixed by alt-tabbing out and back into the game. However, when starting a new game the issue re-occures.

Is this a bug within league itself or is my own pc acting up?

I also have this in every game and loading screen, have you gotten a solution for it yet?

I also have this issue I believe it has something to do with the client but only for some people or it may be a computer problem. My friend used their account on my laptop and had the same problem.
