DC Bug

Literally every game I get this error message. It is utter bullshit. My internet connection is fine and everything with the client works fine until i try to either load into a game or get to 3 minutes, at which time the game stops working entirely, only giving the above linked error message. The board post I linked to suggests it's a P2P issue, but if that is the case then how can i fix that in the new client? I have already deleted Pando and ran a rull repair on my client. Nothing works. I will have to quit league after playing for eight years if this cannot be resolved.
