Gameplay bug garen

During a 3 v 3 ranked game match with team comps of Garen, Cho, Morg vs a Ahri, Ali, Kalista, Garen was unable to facilitate any damage with a q land on ahri. This arose three times and the first time I've noticed it. Top lane, ahri jumps at garen with ult and throws out q. Garen hits q and lands on ahri. No affect or damage. Ahri takes damage from tower however. Second time, top lane, first tower is down, all characters are at top tower towards Garen's base. Garen flashes over ledge and Qs Ahri with no damage done or silence and follows with ult which does damage. Third time, bot lane, cho in middle of fight vs 3 and morg lands ult. Garen flashes and qs ahri with no damage or silence. Followed with spin and ult which does damage. vs
