I think I got the wrong icon? Could they be switched?

I'm not sure what I should do or what can be done, but I opened up a chest and got some orange essence, a snowdown sweet, and this icon.

As you can see it says Little Devil Teemo Icon but what it shows above is assuredly not that icon.

I am not really fond of the icon I received in place of Little Devil Teemo and I'm not sure if any thing could be done, but if riot could maybe switch them out I'd greatly appreciate it.

You can see that the picture of what ever that icon is, is the icon that I received and not Little Devil Teemo.

I hope someone can give me some input on what I can do, like send in a support ticket, but what category do I put this under?

I'm new to this whole thing and any advice would be sincerely appreciated.
