Leaverbuster punishment after client errors, cant get past loading screen

Ok, so normally when starting a game the little circle does its thing in the corner, everyone loads and the game starts. But after this last patch it has made me afk in a matchmade game so many times (6 of 8 tries) I can't get past loading screen. It has given me leaverbuster first 5 minutes, then 10, 15, now im stuck waiting for 20 fricken minutes as a punishment for something I never did, for multiple games that was an error due to the patch files or whatever was (is?) causing it. fix your shit riot this was not my fault nor should I be punished for it
