Zyra's plants don't seem to be attacking enemy structures, even when there are no enemy minions which could possibly distract. They just sit there and do nothing. Other summoned minions such as Heimer turrets do attack, and I believe the plants used to.
As long as i've had zyra, since early season 5 mind you, they never attack structures.
Think of azir's soldiers, they cant attack the turrent.
Riot did a good job incorperating azir's ability to use a soldier charge to do some dmg to a turrent in place of placing a soldier to do dmg to champs.
maybe they could do something similar for zyra's seeds?
Azir is able to take down towers with his W because that is in his theme, he is a Emperor who rules over stuff so of course he would be able to take towers fast Zyra is a plant though so it's okay if she can't use W on tower
And yeah, Zyra plants have never been able to attack towers it's normal
