I can farm or move around the map but when it comes to fight all players look pasive like they 're moving around, my spells doesn't work for seconds and then, everything happens at once (all this things happens while my ms is 53). I find this video. Exactly this happens.

Rand0mH3r0X1 votesLag isn't a bug. 53ms constant is a lie sometimes, because I'll have 45ms constant and still have lag.
Try some of the options in here.
Personally, I've opened the ports and modified my router QoS, but this will vary for results.

Attack on move cursor Use Character movement prediction
See if that makes an improvement for you.
Also try changing the graphics settings and capping your FPS at 60. I use to have up to 240fps but the running the cpu at max capacity can lead to momentary drops in fps that are pretty severe.
