Pickpocket Twitch not done properly

Hello, as you know Twitch has a couple of skins where he uses a gun, those are Vandal, Gangster and Pickpocket Twitch. The problem is the Pickpocket Twitch shoots regular default skin arrows instead of bullets, while Gangster and Vandal shoot bullets. All of the 3 skins have guns so why does he shoot arrows instead of bullets as Pickpocket Twitch? Riot please fix
