Nemesis Draft Dodge Bug

[GAMEPLAY] My friend and I queued up for a game of Nemesis Draft. He was second pick, and picked to give to someone. The person on the other side never picked a champion, so the queue was cancelled, and we were returned to matchmaking. After that, we decided to play Team Builder, but we were not allowed to because it said that he had dodged a queue. Problem is, he didn't, at all. He legitimately selected Evelynn to give to the enemy team. I guessed it was likely that since the person on the other side never picked -his- champion, it might be possible that a bug caused the game to believe he dodged.

What happened for me is that someone picked Evelyn for me and when it was my turn to pick, it didn't go through tho. The game wouldn't let me pick a champ then dodged me then banned me for 15 minutes from something I couldn't do cause the gamemode is bugged for Evelyn. I presume who ever picked Evelyn for me is also banned for 15 minutes.

If this is true, that might explain all the Eve picks and the dodges the follow. Not that dodges in Draft haven't been absurdly frequent, but Evelynn is an extremely common pick for it. I thought it was because people don't like Evelynn or something (I certainly do, hand her over and I'll rock that Trin Force magic), but maybe not.

Second time it happen to me in the Nemesis Draft mode... seems that someone dodge or the matchmaching drops I dont really know and I got the penalty. Now I'm not able to play for like 2 hours.
