Morgana Spellshield not working properly

I was playing Jinx and I had 2 cases of which I was cc'ed. In both cases I was auto attacked and the status of the spellshield would vanish, whilst still having the purple shield on my health bar. Not to sure how to recreate it but I think it is due to the aery shield being broken.
