Cant accept during selection

During the selection thing sometimes i cant accept. What happens is that the guy before me stays at 0 seconds to pick forever. I can't pick and after 30 seconds im booted and cant look for another game. This happens to other people aswell. When playing with a friend, we both experienced this at the same time. I play TT so maybe thats it. Cant recreate cuz... just a glitch that happens.
