Ranked Que Bug

so twice now in rank que i was the one chosen to ban and after picking the third ban all the tooltips for that champion stayed locked on screen, and all of my available champions weren't visible, nothing seems to make the tooltips go away i try viewing my talents or summoner spells but it doesn't fix it. This forces me to leave the whole que and take the wait time to que again.
