Fizz Bot won't move or buy items on Twisted Treeline

I like to test new champs that I buy in a custom bot game on Twisted Treeline because it is small. When I click "Add Bot" it will add a random champion to be a bot. Whenever Fizz comes up and I start the game the Fizz Bot will not buys items or move from base.

Steps-

1. Create a Bot game on Twisted Treeline
2. Make one of the Bots Fizz on your Team
3. Start game
4. Let minions spawn so Bots start to move
5. Watch Fizz not move or buy items
