Random Crashes In Game

I keep crashing mid game and i don't know why its been happening for 3 days i uninstalled and reinstalled the client, i restarted my computer, i restarted my internet. It doesn't happen once it happens multiple times in one game or twice in a row and its getting really annoying to the point that i don't want to play anymore because i don't want to bring my team down because i keep disconnecting.
