New client loading issue

I recently uninstalled and reinstalled league and ive been having an issue where i can open the new client but only through clicking the old client logo then clicking launch and it then takes me to the new client, I cant directly click on the new client logo and have it take me there it just doesnt opemn anything when I click on the new client logo I tried it with the original and not a shortcut no diference, I didnt have this issue before I reinsatlled recently so I was wondering if anyne else has had this iisue or has any way to fix it, Thanks
