Still bugged.
Another thing, that isnt bug but is extremely annoying is his Q cast animation clunkiness. Quite often he does whole "Q dance" without doin any dmg, bcs enemy jumped/dashed/become invisible/popped zhonya/knocked you/stunned you/etc... He uses Q, does everything right, but delay before it deals any dmg is so big its easy to interupt, without receiving that dmg.
