Chats all messed up

I am able to go play games and such but i am not able to talk in chat see my friend requests go into my chat boards or talking in game nothing like that its not my computer so im wondering if its on riots end so i hope a rioter sees this and helps me with this problem its not stopping me from playing its stopping me from communicating with my team
