I went into the practice tool to test some 
plays and found a really game breaking bug. It would send out two tornadoes and knock up twice when casting steel tempest once. It would not deal the damage of the second tornado. All you had to do is cast windwall and press q twice very fast. The items i had were

Cloudz One1 votesYeah it works because when the first gathering storm is sent out it stays as gathering storm on cooldown briefly before changing back to steel tempest, so if you animation cancel then press q again quick enough it will send out a second whirlwind which can do damage twice. Also you NEED COOLDOWN REFRESH TO DO IT.
