Gamebreaking yasuo bug

I went into the practice tool to test some plays and found a really game breaking bug. It would send out two tornadoes and knock up twice when casting steel tempest once. It would not deal the damage of the second tornado. All you had to do is cast windwall and press q twice very fast. The items i had were
