For Some reason whenever I buy champs this will happen. But when I reopen it it is gone.

Masked Lunatic1 votesYeah this is a well known visual bug (it also happens after RP use). Riot is aware of this though idk if they are dealing with it, seeing as it is a harmless bug after all.
