Zac's slingshot ping drop bug....

I noticed when i use my E I lagged.. I thought "Ok, Maybe it's just me?" But i soon realized it wasn't me.. When ever I used zac's slingshot abliltie it spiked my ping? I also said my its just a coincidence... BUT NOPE, the second I used it it spikes it so high making the E ENTIRELY UNUSABLE! Please fix this it only does this with zac, I also had a friend of mine do the same thing, He also agreed he is having this issue.. I cant play my favorite champion anymore :c Halp...
