So it's been a couple days since this new patch screwed a lot of people over and I'm getting sick on not seeing a Riot Support agent come along and make a comment this issue is experienced by a lot of people and many posts have been made on the subject so please give us the scoop.
dude I play at 240 fps and I dip to SINGLE DIGIT FPS. THE GAME IS UNPLAYABLE. Imagine trying to quick combo as riven when your fps dips to 1 or even ZERO and the game pauses for a whole S E C O N D. I have an i7 7700k, 1070ti, 16 gigs of ram. This is not normal. Fix your game.
Yeah, we're looking into some FPS issues. Looks like at least for some players they predate 9.23 so not necessarily preseason related (not that that changes anything from the player perspective of course, just about how we track a fix down).
Ya. Not a Single response. I thought riot was a decent gaming company but it turns out they are same as blizzard.

finally got a game wher my average fps was 10 to 5
I had this happen as well. I thought it was my system, reset my router checked to make sure I wasn't disconnecting from my internet while playing and it was fine. Now I'm in low priority queue cause I afked 2 games. Not gonna play until this shit is fixed.
I just tried Yuumi and you don't see the first 1/4 of the Q and the rest of it is glitchy as hell. I played against a Swain sup recently and you can hardly see his E, just at the end, then it disappears again or you get hit by seemingly nothing. I am noticing a lot of combos not working such as using Thresh's ult right after QQ. Wtf did you do to this game Riot? I also have lag issues randomly when I have an amazing internet connection. The game loves to freeze more now too, even in TFT.
This is literally the only game on my computer that has issues. I can play any other game w/o freezing, w/o glitchy play and low FPS regardless of the amazing video card and lowered graphic setting. No issues playing many other games on highest graphics setting.
Best part is because this game is the most popular in the world our concerns, complaints, constructive feedback or scrutiny, and frustrations will all be ignored. I've spend around $600 dollars on this game because it used to be fun and I like the variety of different skins. I'm not saying it isn't fun now, but there is only the potential for it instead of a guarantee.
I don't care much for serious play and hardly commit any effort to ranked because all I want to do is come home from a long day and have fun playing games. However, many times I step away from the game because I'm much more stressed or irritated than I was before I started playing, which was after an annoying work day or w/e. I've also been so stubborn as to continue playing until I get a match w/o toxicity, trolls and inting, but this can sometimes take four, five or six+ hours. I've even stepped away after those long stretches not even having had one friendly game.
Sad how you can stick up for yourself or others against trolls and then get a chat restriction for retorting back, even if it isn't swearing, prejudicial, or violent in nature. This is letting the trolls win. If they are allowed to control the nature of the game knowing if they troll they will either completely ruin the game and waste everyone's time or bring people down to their level and win in the long run anyway. Not to mention all the ageism involved in this game. You're either ripped on for being too young or ripped on for being too old.
I honestly try very, very hard to like and enjoy this game and I never want to be a negative example. I have gotten chat restrictions I deserved when I was an A-hole because I drank too much. I don't drink anymore, but the struggle is real to not be that guy when you consistently come across people who insist on ruining the game because Riot won't take this issue seriously. I also think I try really hard to like the game just because of how much money I've sank into it, but this can only be a motivating factor for so long. My biggest fear in expressing frustrations about the game is an account ban where I just lose hundreds of dollars. I have one account. That's it. I just want to have fun. If I lose my one and only account I'll just be done.

Same here maybe even worst. For the very first time, i got a blue screen which never happen before. This only happen once while playing league. Then i do get random fps drop constantly now during my games on league. I still have constant fps but drops randomly in every game. My net is fine. My other games are fine too just league.
I have 2k monitor I7 , gtx 1070, 16 gb ram
I tried using league repair. Didnt help Tried scanning my pc. Good, didnt help Cleaned my trident. Good but didnt help Monitored CPU, GPU, Memory. Everything running smooth, still didnt help. Disk clean up, defragment my ssd. Didnt help.
I am having the same issues, like mid fight just dropping out lag and gone foe seconds on end.
I had some FPS issues after the patch first dropped, but it was Porofessor that was lagging out my league. I closed Porofessor, and it stopped happening in my game. I also closed Blitz app as well, but I don't think that was the culprit. Will say that my issues no longer persist, even after relaunching both apps.
May not be your guys' issue, but figured I'd throw it out there as somebody who had seen issues since the new patch as well.
I mean, they haven't responded to any of the posts I have seen relating to the infinite reconnect bug. and that issue has been happening for 3 patches for me.[zombie-brand-clap]
I'm having these problems too, it's pretty hard to play an adc in a teamfight with 14 fps. I'm definitely not touching ranked until this problem is resolved.
